They worked seamlessly with our corporate relocation department to move us from Chicago,IL to Corona, CA. CJ was very skilled in all steps from listing to closing. When I had questions, if he didn't know the answer, he took the time to get it. His answers were very helpful as my wife and I moved through the entire process. Having lived in this house as the only owners for over 45 years, there was a lot to learn about changes in selling a property. We made it clear what we were unwilling to do in the way of improvements and CJ accepted our position without any resistance. He was very effective in his approach to listing the property, scheduling an open house and coordinating with other local realtors to make sure there were many potential buyers who would come and look at the house. Offers came in quickly and a suitable offer was accepted without the buyers making excessive requests. We were happy with the end result and the prompt close of escrow.
