Charles became interested in Real Estate at a young age when his father began to teach him about the financial freedom that real estate investments could provide. Charles began taking real estate courses at the local community college while he was still in high school and began investing in property at the age of 18. After acquiring a substantial portfolio of investment properties, Charles gained a reputation for his real estate savvy among his friends and family. They began to come to him asking for advice as they bought and sold their homes and began to make investments of their own. Charles would frequently hear complaints of incompetent Realtors and Charles decided that there was a place in the market for a professional Real Estate agent who could treat clients the way they deserved to be treated and expertly guide them through one of the most important investment decisions of their lives. Charles began selling residential real estate in 1985 and has been consistently serving our community ever since. He has since added his son CJ and his son in law Brian to his team.
